Enroll online: https://adm.reg.chula.ac.th/login (Use student ID number and CUNET password to login).
- Upload enrollment documents and formal student photo.
- Fill in "New Student Survey" (CR19) and "Student Profile" (CR20).
Download CU NEX application from App Store or Play Store
July 8–14, 2025Request for Registration (Round 1)New students will be provided with course registration details by their academic advisors on July 8, 2025 and are obliged to enroll in courses based on the designated course section schedule determined by the BBTech Program

July 17 – 21, 2025Course registration (Round 2)New students register for courses for First Semester, Academic Year 2025 (Round 2) on www.reg.chula.ac.th For students who were unable to complete their registration in the first round or wish to enroll in additional courses.
July 24, 2025Checking result of photo and passport upload from the online enrollment systemThe system will show the result of only photo and passport. (https://adm.reg.chula.ac.th/login)
If they are rejected, students need to upload the correct documents and confirm submission again.

Checking status of course registration as requested (Round 2) and Course registration (Round 3)- New students check result of course registration as requested CR74 (Round 2) for First Semester, Academic Year 2025.
- New students register for courses for First Semester, Academic Year 2025 (Round 3). For students who were unable to complete their registration in the second round or wish to enroll in additional courses.
July 26, 2025 onwardsRequesting for student ID cardNew students start requesting for student ID card via CU NEX application. Students may check the status of card delivery via CU NEX.
August 1, 2025 (3:00 pm)Checking status of course registration as requested (Round 3)New students check result of course registration as requested CR74 (Round 3) for First Semester, Academic Year 2025.
August 4, 2025First day of classesFirst day of classes of First Semester, Academic Year 2025
August 4 – 15, 2025Checking status of course registration and late registration with late feeNew students do late registration/changing sections/dropping for First Semester, Academic Year 2025 at Office of the Registrar website.
New students check student registration result (CR54) for First Semester, Academic Year 2025 at Office of the Registrar website.
Remarks:
1. It is imperative that students complete all components of the enrollment process, including the upload of enrollment documents, completion of the student profile, and submission of the student survey. Failure to fulfill these requirements will result in students being unable to register for courses through the RegChula system.
2. In order to request a student ID card, it is necessary for students to complete the enrollment process, course registration, and payment of the tuition fees.

Providing incoming students with the necessary tools and insights to excel in their first-year courses and acclimate to the university environment. Through a series of orientation sessions and interactive workshops, participants will gain essential knowledge to navigate their academic journey confidently. They will be introduced to various teaching methodologies and familiarize themselves with the university's unique atmosphere, ensuring a smooth transition into higher education. By laying a strong foundation from the outset, students will be empowered to thrive academically and personally throughout their university experience.
Activity Outcomes:
(1) Gain the essential knowledge required to prepare for first-year courses.
(2) Get acquainted with the teaching methods and the atmosphere of the university.

New Student OrientationFamiliarize students with academic expectations, campus resources, and social opportunities, fostering a sense of community and belonging. It also promotes practical skills, health and wellness awareness, and cultural competence, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their university journey.

BefriendathonFun and interactive activities such as group games, team-building exercises, and mixers to help new students get to know each other and make friends.
July 8, 2025

Academic Advisor Meeting with StudentsFostering a supportive advisor-student relationship and encouraging personal reflection, problem-solving skills, and engagement in extracurricular opportunities.
Remarks:
*The activity costs 6,000 baht per course.
