July 11–16, 2024Course registration (Round 1)New students register for courses as shown in the BBTech study plan for First Semester, Academic Year 2024.
Students will be provided with course registration details by their academic advisors in July 11, 2024 and are obliged to enroll in courses based on the designated course section schedule determined by the BBTech Program.
July 12 – August 4, 2024Tuition fee paymentNew students pay tuition fees via CU NEX application.
July 18, 2024Checking status of course registration as requested (Round 1)New students check result of course registration as requested CR74 (Round 1) for First Semester, Academic Year 2024.
July 18 – 22, 2024Course registration (Round 2)New students register for courses for First Semester, Academic Year 2024 (Round 1). For students who were unable to complete their registration in the first round or wish to enroll in additional courses.
July 25, 2024Checking result of photo and passport upload from the online enrollment systemThe system will show the result of only photo and passport. (https://adm.reg.chula.ac.th/login)
If they are rejected, students need to upload the correct documents and confirm submission again.
July 26, 2024Checking status of course registration as requested (Round 2)New students check result of course registration as requested CR74 (Round 2) for First Semester, Academic Year 2024.
July 26 – August 1, 2024Course registration (Round 3)New students register for courses for First Semester, Academic Year 2024 (Round 3). For students who were unable to complete their registration in the second round or wish to enroll in additional courses.
July 27, 2024 onwardsRequesting for student ID cardNew students start requesting for student ID card via CU NEX application. Students may check the status of card delivery via CU NEX.
August 2, 2024Checking status of course registration as requested (Round 3)New students check result of course registration as requested CR74 (Round 3) for First Semester, Academic Year 2024.
August 5, 2024First day of classesFirst day of classes of First Semester, Academic Year 2024
August 5 – 16, 2024Checking status of course registration and late registration with late feeNew students do late registration/changing sections/dropping for First Semester, Academic Year 2024 at Office of the Registrar website.
New students check student registration result (CR54) for First Semester, Academic Year 2024 at Office of the Registrar website.
Remarks:
1. It is imperative that students complete all components of the enrollment process, including the upload of enrollment documents, completion of the student profile, and submission of the student survey. Failure to fulfill these requirements will result in students being unable to register for courses through the RegChula system.
2. In order to request a student ID card, it is necessary for students to complete the enrollment process, course registration, and payment of the tuition fees.

They will be introduced to various teaching methodologies and familiarize themselves with the university's unique atmosphere, ensuring a smooth transition into higher education. By laying a strong foundation from the outset, students will be empowered to thrive academically and personally throughout their university experience.
Activity Outcomes:
(1) Gain the essential knowledge required to prepare for first-year courses.
(2) Get acquainted with the teaching methods and the atmosphere of the university.
