1. It is imperative that students complete all components of the enrollment process, including the upload of enrollment documents, completion of the student profile, and submission of the student survey. Failure to fulfill these requirements will result in students being unable to register for courses through the RegChula system.
2. In order to request a student ID card, it is necessary for students to complete the enrollment process, course registration, and payment of the tuition fees.

By laying a strong foundation from the outset, students will be empowered to thrive academically and personally throughout their university experience. Activity Outcomes: (1) Gain the essential knowledge required to prepare for first-year courses. (2) Get acquainted with the teaching methods and the atmosphere of the university. |
July 5, 2025 08.30–16.00 | New Student Orientation | Familiarize students with academic expectations, campus resources, and social opportunities, fostering a sense of community and belonging. It also promotes practical skills, health and wellness awareness, and cultural competence, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their university journey. |
July 7, 2025 09.00–17.00 | Befriendathon | Fun and interactive activities such as group games, team-building exercises, and mixers to help new students get to know each other and make friends. |
July 8, 2025 13.00–16.00 | Academic Advisor Meeting with Students | Fostering a supportive advisor-student relationship and encouraging personal reflection, problem-solving skills, and engagement in extracurricular opportunities. |
