Course description (TH)ประวัติและการพัฒนาการเลี้ยงเนื้อเยื่อพืชในหลอดแก้ว หลักการพื้นฐานของการ เลี้ยงเนื้อเยื่อพืชจากส่วนต่างๆ ของพืช รูปแบบของการเจริญและพัฒนาการของ เนื้อเยื่อไปเป็นเอมบริโอและอวัยวะ การควบคุมปัจจัยต่าง ๆที่มีอิทธิพลต่อรูปแบบ ของการเจริญและพัฒนาเหล่านั้น การนําเทคนิคการเลี้ยงเนื้อเยื่อพืชไปใช้ประโยชน์ ทางพฤกษศาสตร์
Course description (EN)History and development of in vitro plant tissue culture; principles of plant tissue culture from various plant parts; growth and development patterns of tissues through embryogenesis and organogenesis; control of factors influencing those growth and developmental patterns; application of plant tissue culture techniques in plant science.
